"Basma" is a program that highlights entrepreneurs and their success stories, following experiences and projects that have managed to turn ideas into achievements and a real impact on society.
One of its episodes explores the DTEC experience in Isfiya, a project led by entrepreneur Kaftan Halabi with the goal of connecting youth to the technology sector through training in areas such as cyber, QA, networking, and digital skills, while also connecting them with academic expertise and technology companies. According to announced figures, more than 120 graduates have succeeded in entering the high-tech field.
The project does not stop at employment; it moves toward supporting entrepreneurship and connecting idea-holders with mentors and investors, leading to work on an investment fund that could reach $40 million in funding, in an attempt to move from creating opportunities for youth to empowering them to create opportunities for others.
